The 7 Principles

The 7 Principles that unite the Team
The Business Principles are an important step on our continuous journey of maintaining and strengthening our performance and reputation in a dynamic context. However, they are not a book of law, but a compass guiding us on this journey, and by listening to each other and engaging with our external audiences we can achieve these Business Principles, that will only gain meaning in daily practice.

1. Our clients always come first. Our experience shows that if we serve our clients well, our own success will follow.

2. Our main assets are our people and our reputation. If any one of these is ever diminished, they will be difficult to restore. We make an unusual effort to identify and recruit the very best person for every job. We select our people one by one. In a service business, we know that without the best people, we cannot be the best company. We totally believe in training and equipping our staff. Our continued success depends upon unswerving adherence to this standard.

3. We take great pride in the quality of our work. We have an uncompromising determination to achieve excellence in every project we undertake. We pursue excellence! We shape the future of design by delivering highly innovative solutions to our clients while maintaining our reputation.

4. We stress creativity, imagination and relevance in everything we do. While recognizing that the old way may still be the best way, we constantly strive to find a better solution to a client's problems.

5. We emphasize on teamwork in everything we do. Individual creativity is always encouraged, but we have found that team effort often produces the best results. We have no room for those who put their personal interests ahead of the interests of the company and its clients.

6. We constantly strive to keep in touch with the changing needs of our clients and global technological advancement and to develop new services to meet those needs. The world of design and development will not stand still and complacency can lead to extinction.

7. We strive to maintain a culture of integrity, honesty and above all Godly standards and principals. We are dedicated to complying fully with the Biblical and ethical principles that govern us.
