The Business Principles are an important step on our continuous journey of maintaining and strengthening our performance and reputation in a dynamic context. However, they are not a book of law, but a compass guiding us on this journey, and by listening to each other and engaging with our external audiences we can achieve these Business Principles, that will only gain meaning in daily practice.

We make an unusual effort to identify and recruit the very best person for every job. We select our people one by one. In a service business, we know that without the best people, we cannot be the best company. We totally believe in training and equipping our staff.
